Returns And Refunds
Unwanted Products
Your rights when purchasing goods online allows unwanted products to be returned to us within 14 days from the day after delivery. However all items must be “as new ” condition, must not have been used and still have their original packaging.
Restocking Fee
Products that have been opened, used or installed will not be eligible for a full refund and a 15% restocking charge will be applied.
To return products you will need to contact us on 01403 276300 to request an RMA number.
Returning Unwanted Goods
You have 14 days after the RMA number is issued to return the products, return of unwanted goods is at your cost, please make sure all products are well packaged and returned via a reputable delivery service. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive to us damaged.
Once the goods have been received and inspected we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event of your product becoming faulty within 30 days of delivery we will always offer you an exchange or refund.
If a fault occurs after 30 days but within the manufacturers guarantee period (normally at least 12 months from delivery) we will assist you in getting the product repaired.
Products Damage in Transit
If your item is damaged in transit then please let us know on 01403 276300 as soon as possible, will will issue a replacement or refund and arrange for the return of the damaged item.
